I think some TV executives at the time both the series and manga were in production first time around they wanted to work in some english to help viewers interest in the language. But I have no evidence just hear say.

Y'know, 'cause apparently different languages have this sort of power and people are lucky that they're not flinging around magic when they use it so carelessly.
(Well, even though I'm poor, and I can't really afford it, I still get source material when I can. It's infinitely better than what anyone can tell another person. That way what you figure out for yourself is untainted. It's all you, baby!)
When did I ever even imply that?
Minako (goes after a ton of boys, depressed on the whole love thing, guys she falls for end up with others gets along with Rei I've heard and is blonde. Oh and has a love me chain used on GIRL Youma)
Ami (shows intrest to boys... But three were starlights. Not to mention the pairing with Makoto has to have some canon grain of truth)
Makoto (looking for sempai, but that thing with Ami, plus could be in denial since the mysterious guy "looks like" nearly every guy)
Mercury doesn't say Bubble Spray she says Shabon the Japanese word for bubble. The attacks aren't purely english.
