The Carvair was not the only flying car ferry in the UK.The Bristol Freighter was there, too.

It's not exactly Halloween, but I like this rendition of The Devil Went Down to Georgia . The chickens simply make it.

Danse Macabre is most famous in the Netherlands for its use in the haunted castle attraction in themepark De Efteling.

The original haunted castle walk-in and show are featured here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JyQIcsUQX08 and were a fan favorite in their day. (Subs in english can be turned on)
The main show starts at 3:08, while the actual song doesn't come in until 5:49.

For the ones curious how they managed to run the original haunted castle show (which was built 47 years ago in 1978!) this video shows a behind-the-scenes look at the show: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h60TrLtnUNU (Subs in english can be turned on)

The haunted house was torn down not too long ago tho, and in it's place they built a new one, actually called 'Danse Macabre'. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FptOHksT800 features an onride video of the current attraction. Music kicks in at 1:24. The current attraction has lots of references to the original show built in to appease the longtime fans of the original show.

As for Halloween... This one remains a favorite: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GUAV_1jBJB4 - Michael Jacksons Thriller in a house-lightshow.
